Halloween is pretty much synonymous with refined sugar: Reeses, Twizzlers, Skittles, M&Ms, Kit Kats...the list goes on. Not only are these candy bars filled with empty calories but they leave you on a major sugar high--only to crash shortly after with a major stomach ache.
