Avocado toast is the trendy thing right now--for eating and for Instagram! The balance of good fats and carbs make for a perfect snack, anytime! Simple,yet so delicious! Ingredients: 2 slices of organic bread (can be gluten-free) 1 avocado 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice spices (gomasio salt, black pepper) Directions:
- Toast bread slices. Slice the avocado in half, mashed it and spread it evenly. If you like chunkier avocado as me, you only need a few swipes of the forks.
- Cut a lime in half and gently squeeze the juice over the toast.
- Season with olive oil, gomasio salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bonus Step! Add some sunflower and pumpkin seeds for a great crunch!
