A vegetable-centered restaurant this spot is great for your vegetarian friends or anyone who enjoys Italian fare with fresh vegetables from their rooftop garden. The plates of pasta are simple and fresh; we love the carbonara and the zucchini ravioli special that makes an appearance once in a while. The cocktails are perfect for the summer months and you can’t skip out on the Rosemary’s spritz.

Bondi sushi is an NYC classic sushi spot. The location in Flatiron is a casual spot with only a few seats at the sushi bar. If you are in the mood for handrolls this is the place for you. We like the spicy tuna crispy rice to start and then ordered an assortment of handrolls from hot & spicy blue crab (our fav!) to truffle avocado and sun-dried tomato with cauliflower rice. The option to sub for cauliflower rice is great for our keto friends!

This vibrant Mexican spot serves an all-vegan menu that doesn’t disappoint. Their large menu includes all the classic Mexican dishes but with a vegan flare. We are obsessed with the nachos that come with their version of chorizo, black beans, queso, and sour cream. Other favorites are the chorizo burrito and buffalo flower tacos (best crispy cauliflower!). If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat after then try the churros.

This aesthetically pleasing pilates studio is all the motivation you need to work out. The minute you walk in you feel relaxed and ready to move your body. They offer a range of reformer pilates workouts from the “good athlete” to “good flow”, both of which will leave you feeling great. If you’re new to reformers the classes are for all levels so no need to worry. The instructors are great at helping you with form and navigating the reformers!

Conbody is a workout studio in NYC that should be on your radar if it isn’t already. This HIIT-style workout is no joke. Be prepared to work hard and sweat harder for 45 minutes straight (that’s right no breaks!). The workout is all bodyweight and will leave you sore for a few days.
