What We're Loving (July 2021)

Where We're Eating

Lola Taverna
210 6th Ave, New York, NY 10014
Located on the corner of Prince St and 6th Avenue, this Soho greek spot is definitely a must-try for anyone in New York. The beautifully decorated patio along with delicious Mediterranean dishes makes it the perfect dinner spot. We recommend getting the dip trio, Lola salad, and Saganaki Fondue to start. The fondue is by far the best dish on the menu. For mains, you can’t go wrong with the shrimp orzo and marinated lamb chops!
Lola Taverna
19 Cleveland
19 Cleveland Pl, New York, NY 10012
If you’re looking to have a fun girls' night or birthday dinner 19 Cleveland is your spot. This Telavivian restaurant has the best service and food, you’re in for a fun night. They welcome each table with free falafel that will have you wanting to order more. The best way to do this restaurant is to order a bunch of plates to share that way you get to try everything. One thing you can’t skip out on is their hummus and schnitzel - both are mouth-watering!
Milano Market
1582 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10128
You may have seen Milano Market popping up all over the gram and if you didn't, don't worry we did and needed to try it. This Italian market in the Upper East Side makes the best sandwiches in the city. All the ingredients are fresh and every single sandwich lives up to the Instagram hype. We suggest trying any sandwich that comes with burrata on it, you won’t regret it!

Where We're Working Out

Mind Body Project

217 7th Ave, New York, NY 10011

This studio brings you a unique experience that mixes meditation and working out. You begin the class with meditation and breathwork and then you are guided into the workout which is a mix of HIIT and strength training using TRX. The class ends with a 5-minute meditation that leaves you feeling calm and focused for your day. We love the blend of mental and physical wellness at Mind Body Project.

Mind Body Project

75 Varick St, New York, NY 10013

This very trendy self-care spot has been dominating the gram lately so we went to check it out and we weren’t disappointed. If you’re in need of a self-care day we recommend you head on over to the Chillhouse Flagship in Soho to really treat yourself. From cute mani and pedis to relaxing massages, Chillhouse has something for everyone.

27 W 20th St, New York, NY 10011

Recovery is just, if not more, important than your workout which is why it is nice to have a space where experts lead you through stretching routines that will improve your mobility and flexibility. They will focus on whichever area you need to work on whether that’s hamstrings, back, arms, etc. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready to take on your next workout.
