We're releasing new content weekly. You'll get a push notification when a new video or guide hits the app!

Can I stream the HBFIT content anywhere?

Yes! Login in to your app subscription on your desktop, tablet or smartphone and press play. We also have an iOS and Android app.

We accept all major credit and debit cards that are available, as well as PayPal.

How long does shipping take?

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE DELAYED

Once your order has been shipped, tracking will be provided via email. Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout, weekends and holidays are not included in transit times.Shipping is non-refundable.

International customers are responsible for duty and taxes upon delivery. Duty and taxes will vary on country.Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage shipments.

If your package is returned back to due an incorrect address, or undeliverable to your location, additional shipping and handling fees will incur or a store credit will be issues.

What is the HBFIT return policy?

You have 7 days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange. Once you have requested a return or exchange, you have 3 business days to ship your item(s). All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. All items are returnable, with the exception of the following: Any worn, washed, soiled, and/or damaged goods. Promotional items, sale items, and/or items marked final sale, Gift cards or store credit. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

How do I start a return?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most of our products can be shipped internationally. Certain restrictions apply. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
